Shawnte is a dedicated and results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in program management, administration, and youth development. A true GEM, bringing a strong background in business operations, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a proven ability to improve processes and drive impactful results. Her work is rooted in people first approach, allowing her to help cultivate effective programs that support both organizational goals and community needs.

In her role as Program Manager, Shawnte oversees program intake, enrollment, and implementation while also building strong community partnerships and leading a team to deliver high-quality experiences. Passionate about service and growth, she is committed to creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
